1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before preparation begins.
  • Once food preparation has started, cancellation is not allowed.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Food damaged or spilled
  • Missing items in order

Issues must be reported immediately at delivery time.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of taste preference
  • Delayed delivery due to traffic/weather
  • Incorrect address provided by customer


4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
